OUR MISSION IS SIMPLE: To have 100% of our athletes living a lifestyle of ultimate fitness and wellness. Training is just a small part of what we do. We get the luxury of training our athletes for on average an hour a day. However, it’s the other 23 hours of the day that determines the long-term success of our athletes. Therefore, we as COACHES must arm our athletes with the knowledge of what to do in the other 23. Therein lies our focus! – Vaughn Bethell

OUR FOCUS

LIVE LIKE AN ATHLETE.  Athletes are goal-oriented individuals who know what they want and do what it takes to get there.  Mapping out goals and creating a road map to get there is instrumental to achieve success.

MINDSET.  The ultimate deciding factor of achievement, by establishing a way of thinking that will determine your success with regards to behavior, outlook, and mental attitude.

EAT LIKE AN ATHLETE.The process of obtaining proper nutrient balance and timing, while avoiding or minimizing chemicals, processed foods, and toxins.

NUTRITION is the fuel that helps you reach optimal performance on the road to success.  It’s kind of like a sports car or any other high-performance vehicle.  When you put gas in it, you wouldn’t put in regular unleaded would you?  Hopefully not!

TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE. The systematic use of The BEAST Method training methodology encompasses all aspects of anaerobic and aerobic training as well as a structured recovery plan.

TRAINING is where everyone like to focus.  However, you will never be able to maximize your time training until you know exactly what it is you want to achieve and you know how to fuel your body properly to get there!

OUR SERVICES

PERSONAL TRAINING Implemented in a 1-ON-1 or 2-ON-1 setting either at our facility or in your home, our personal training program is a fully customized training program specific to you and your goals.  We provide an integrated training and nutrition game plan, support, and education based off of individual assessments.  This program provides training sessions that focus on strength, flexibility, mobility, and cardiovascular training designed for your individual health and fitness goals, along with follow-up nutrition consultations to keep you on track.

TEAM TRAINING is our personalized group training program implemented in a environment of no more than 20 athletes per coach.  This allows us to leverage the proven methodology of The BEAST Method Training Systems to transform how you look, feel, and perform each day.  At Performance QSA we utilize the integrated approach of MINDSET, NUTRITION, and TRAINING to create lifestyles of ultimate fitness and wellness.  Whether you want more energy to showcase the athlete inside, or simply to enjoy the things you love such as keeping up with the kids and/or grand-kids, we can help you reach your goals.

COMPETITIVE ATHLETES Our Competitive Athlete Performance Institute is the premier all-encompassing athletic performance training program in the Upstate of South Carolina.  Consisting of middle school, high school, college and professional athletes, CAPI prepares them to get the most out of their bodies by increasing strength, endurance, flexibility, and mobility, leading to increased productivity and decreased injury.  This is done in an environment of no more than 15 athletes per coach.  Training also includes nutrition and regeneration techniques to improve performance and educate young athletes on how decisions off the field, between games, and at practices can improve their overall performance.

NUTRITION COACHING How you fuel your body quickly determines how your body performs.  We like to look at our body as a high-performance vehicle.  Imagine you had a $150K Porsche, or whatever your favorite sports car or high-performance vehicle is.  Then think about what happens when the fuel light gets low.  You pull into the gas station and refuel, right?  But I bet you won’t be putting regular unleaded in that vehicle would you?  Not if you want it to run at maximum performance.  Well, the same goes for our body.  If we want to maximize our performance (high energy levels, high metabolism, more lean muscle, less fat, etc.), then we need to learn how to fuel our body the way it needs to be fueled for maximum performance.  Our job is to help you do that!
